We use a “functional pain management model” in which we offer a variety of interventions in office to include: Chiropractic care, e-stim therapy, medical massage therapy, joint and trigger point injections, when appropriate DME and medication intervention. We utilize numerous interventions to aide in pain and maintain function.
In order to be accepted as a Low Level Functional Patient we will need the following: a referral from your doctor and a copy of your last three months of visits from the referring doctor. Once we have all the information needed, Andrea will review your records. This process can take up to 30 days.
If you are accepted for medication management, you could be called in for random drug screenings and pill counts. You will be asked to sign Treatment Agreements, this states that you are aware and will follow all of the protocols in our pain management treatment program. You can view the Treatment Agreements under the Low Level Functional Pain Tab.
When picking up your prescription(s) you will have to have a valid ID with you and possibly pay a $5 fee per prescription. If someone is picking up your prescription for you, they will have to have a note from you stating that it is ok for them to pick it up for you, your valid ID and their valid ID and possibly pay $5 per prescription.
