Sally Daggy, F.N.P.B.C.
Health Centered Spine and Wellness is pleased to introduce Sally Daggy, F.N.P.B.C. to the Primary Care portion of the Wellness Clinic. She graduated from Indiana University School of Nursing and has practiced nursing infields of intensive care, med-surgical nursing, pediatrics and home health since 1971.
Sally graduated from University of Southern Indiana with a Masters in Family Nurse Practitioner and is Board Certified. She has been serving as health care provider at Health Centered Spine and Wellness since 2011. Sally has family practice experience and has worked in walk-in clinics and pain care settings.
Sally and her husband, Bill, have been married for 44 years and have four grown children and several grandchildren. For recreation, she enjoys cooking, reading, painting, traveling and playing with her grandchildren.
Sally says, "I am excited about being part of the provider team with the expansion of Health Centered Spine and Wellness service modalities to include family care!!"
